Where can I login into Ondorse?

To login into Ondorse, navigate to https://app.ondorse.co/

I got a message "Account not found"

You get this message when you chose the option "Login with SSO".

It may happen that you chose the option "Login with SSO" (using Okta, Google etc.) by mistake. Go back to the login page and log in using Email and Password.

If you are 100% sure you usually login using SSO, please reach out to Ondorse's support

I got a message "No account found with those credentials"

First of all, make sure you use the right email address:

⚠ The email address may be different from the one you normally use. Example: alexandre+sandbox@acme.com instead of alexandre@acme.com

If you are not sure anymore, in your mailbox, search for the Ondorse invitation and verify the email address:

If you are using the right email address and you still have the message "No account found with those credentials", try reseting your password => click "Forgot password".

I may have forgotten my password

No worry, use the "Forgot password" procedure.

To start the procedure:

Complete the form and you will receive an email to reset your password.

I don't receive any email after the "Forgot password" procedure

If you don’t receive any email after completing the Forgot password form, it might be because the email address you've entered isn’t linked to any account.

Double check your email address. To do so, in your mailbox, search for the initial Ondorse invitation and verify the email address:

Ask your colleagues on Ondorse to invite you.

My invitation has expired

Ask your colleagues on Ondorse to invite you again.
