Enforcing a comment at approval or rejection

When setting up your workflow you can decide to enforce a comment at approval or rejection.

This will make the addition of a comment compulsory when approving or rejecting a case.

Your last decision will also appear top of your activity log, pinned for ease of reading so that you always have visibility over the context of your last decision
