How to configure address fields for multi-line format

If you need to change your address configuration from a single line format to multiple separate fields (street, zip code, city), you can easily modify this in your form builder.

Steps to configure multi-line address fields

1. Remove the existing "address single line" block from your form

2. Add the multi-line address blocks from the right panel, which will give you separate fields for:

   • Street address

   • Zip code

   • City

This configuration ensures that all address components are captured as separate fields in your JSON output, which may be required for certain compliance or reporting purposes.

The multi-line address blocks are available in the form builder's right panel and can be added individually to create the exact address structure you need.
